Playing competitive ice hockey over the years has taught me that the work you put in is what you get out. After my season ended, I was looking to continue training to keep my cardio up. I decided to train with Meghan, and I immediately knew this was going to help me in a big way. Meghan taught me that spin class improves cardiovascular endurance, leg strength, and recovery. My favourite part was how it mimicked on-ice intensity. As a player determined to make it to the next level, having the ability to train at game intensity is huge. After just a few classes with Meghan, I noticed an increase in my stamina, and I felt faster, which gave me an edge over my opponents. I can confidently say I was able to apply everything Meghan taught me off the ice to give myself the best opportunity to succeed.
