I’ve had the great fortune of training with Mike throughout the past 11+ years. The program is top-notch and designed to support all areas of a player’s development. In 2015, I was ‘middle of the pack’… following Mikes 2016 summer program, I finished 5th overall at the Calgary Flames training camp testing!
I met Mike following my draft year in 2012. His off-season programs (dryland & on ice) have been an essential part of my development as a pro hockey player throughout the years. His professionalism and expertise in hockey conditioning are second to none. I would highly recommend this off-season program to any player wanting to reach their highest athletic potential. Mike and I remain great friends to this day.
