Meghan taught me that spin class improves cardiovascular endurance
Playing competitive ice hockey over the years has taught me that the work you put in is what you get out. After my season ended, I was looking to continue training to keep my cardio up. I decided to train with Meghan, and I immediately knew this was going to help me in a big way. Meghan taught me that spin class improves cardiovascular endurance, leg strength, and recovery.
Training with Meghan was a game changer
Training with Meghan was a game changer for my hockey performance. The high intensity intervals mimic the bursts of energy required on the ice, and I’ve noticed a huge improvement in my endurance during games. My legs feel stronger, which translates to more powerful strides and quicker, more controlled skating.
From the moment we walked in, the energy was off the charts.
I have my girls’ U15 and U18 soccer team training with Meghan, and they had an absolute blast! From the moment we walked in, the energy was off the charts. Meghan’s ability to create such a fun, motivating workout environment was at the next level.
Meghan’s training has helped me become stronger and built up my endurance
Playing academy and junior hockey over the last 4 years has really taken a toll on my body. With practices every weekday and 2-3 games a week with workouts mixed in it’s difficult to consistently feel 100% night in and night out. Since finding Meghan, I have been able to improve my game. I can recover faster after games, my strides have gotten more powerful, and during extended shifts I’m able to still compete and defend hard thanks to the bike which requires the same push and intensity a games does. Meghan’s training has helped me become stronger and built up my endurance, ultimately increasing my confidence and performance on the ice.
