Training under Azmath was a game-changer for me.

Training under Azmath was a game-changer for me. His coaching, mentorship, and attention to detail helped shape me into the player I am today. He pushed me to be better every day and always believed in my potential. Now, as he launches his new program with the Langley Rivermen and Westshore Wolves, I know he’ll continue to develop top-tier players. Any young athlete lucky enough to learn from him is in great hands.

Having Azmath as coach was an incredibly rewarding experience

Having Azmath as coach was an incredibly rewarding experience. His leadership, knowledge, and dedication to the team were evident every day both on and off the ice. Coach Azmath emphasized not only the technical skills of the game but also the importance of teamwork, discipline, and mental resilience. He takes great pride in fostering a brotherhood amongst not just the players but also the staff, which allows the players to have a great amount of trust in both.

I’ve had the privilege of being coached by Azmath for five years, and I can honestly say he is the best coach I’ve ever had. His understanding of hockey and his ability to connect with players on a personal level separate him from other coaches. Az knows how to push you to be your best, while creating a team atmosphere built on respect, hard work, and accountability.

Coach Az was a fantastic coach and brought a different style to the team. On my ball hockey team, we had another great team and Coach Az really pulled us all together and we won the championship. Coach Az was always someone that is there for you. If it is an on-ice trouble or off-ice, he is always there to listen. He has always been there for me throughout my career and always continues to show his support in me.
